8th Conference on Computational Lexicography and Text Research

The organizers invite the submission of papers for Complex 2005, to be organized in Budapest, Hungary.

We are pleased to inform you, that one of our most popular invited speaker on earlier events,  Patrick Hanks has already accepted our invitation. Several other outstanding lecturers are considering their participation.

Topics of interest: Papers are invited on substantial, original, and unpublished research on all aspects of computational lexicography, and corpus linguistics including, but not limited to, the followings:
- dictionary databases versus lexical databases
- corpus linguistics
- historical dictionaries and the computer

A detailed abstract of the proposed paper not exceeding 5 double spaced pages in RTF format should be sent to Júlia Pajzs pajzs@nytud.hu by 30th November 2004

All papers will be reviewed by an international programme committee. The program chair is Ferenc Kiefer.
Authors will be notified about the acceptance or rejection of their paper by 28th February, 2005. The final version of the papers, not exceeding 10 pages, should arrive in Budapest in RTF format not later than 30 April 2005, in order to be able to include it in the proceedings.
